Q:How do I choose the right size about the frame?
A: 1.Contact the seller directly on aliexpress.
2.Denpending on the size chart in the link to make a decision ,you can see the recommendations is down below the size chart.
3.Refer to your last bike size or contact your mechanic.
Q:How do I choose the bottom bracket?

Q:How long does it take to finish the frame?how long for shipping?
A:raw frame 2 days to send(sometimes need to build,we have many in warehouse);black frame within 7 days to send ;the frames with paintings need about 12-15 days to finish .We usually use "aliexpress standard shipping","china post""hongkong post""EMS",the average time is about 18 days.if you want to use DHL/UPS/FEDEX.it can be reached very soon.
Q:What is the material of your frames?
A:Our frames are full carbon frames,we have Toray T800/Toray T1000 (60T super light)
Q:What kinds of finished types can be ?
A:UD/1K/3K (matte and glossy )finish all ok.
Q:What is the brake systerm of your road bike?How about the MTB bike?
A:All of our road bike frames are “V” brakes,All of our MTB bikes are "Disc"brakes.
Q:Can I use Electronic derailleur systerm(DI2)?
A:All of our frames support Di2 and mechanical derailleur systerms.
Q:Are your frames all tapered ?
A:yes,all of my frames are tapered .
Q:I want to have my own logo painting on the frame,can be ?Is more expensive?
A:Yes,why not .you are welcome to order your own painting frame,just contact us for details ,we will try our best to make the frames you want .We will charge the "DIY logo" depend on your design.here is a link for you to know how to customize a frame correctly.
Q:Can I pay by Paypal?what payment methods can you accept?
A:Sorry ,we do not accept paypal,you can pay by credict cards,western union,bank transfer.
Q:Can I do installment?
A:yes,it is ok.you can pay the bill seperately .but the first bill should be at least 70% of the total,then we can start to make for you ,when we finish the product you pay the balance.
Q:Does the price include tax?
A:The price does not include tax,customers pay the taxes.the price includs products and shipping fee.
Q:Can you declare low value for me for paying less tax?
A:Yes,I can help to declare a low value for your package,but I do not ensure it will work,the tax charging depends on your country policies.

Q:Why I can not see the tracking information of my order?
A:Normally need 2-3 days to see the tracking information of your goods,because the logistic company need time to input in systerm.please do not worry,if you can not see the information for more than 3 days please contact me .
Q:I got something missing,what should I do ?
A:please check the package again carefully,our packer check every items before send the packages.if you still can not find the parts,please contact me immediately.
Q:I received my frame,but it was broken,what should I do ?
A:please check the box carefully,if the box broken,please do not accept the package,the logistic company will send back to me and I will send you a new one or refund your payment to you.
Q:My package was stopped at custom,what should I do ?
A:Contact the local custom to know the reason,if the invoice missing ,please contact me ,I can send you a new one via email and put the amounts you request.then you can show it to custom to pay tax and get your frames;If the custom talk about the brand ,then you can contact me ,SEQUEL is our own brand,I am authorized seller.
Q:What is the warranty about the frames and wheels?How do I know if I can get the warranty?
A:The warranty for frames is 2 years,and for wheels is 1 year.if your frame was damaged by human reason ,we do not have the warranty for you .
Q:I received the frame but has defects ,I bring to mechanic to fix,it cost me a lot of money,I am not happy,what do you offer?
A：Hi,this is bad for the warranty issue.you must confirm the product conditons first before you do the fixes.I can not accept this kind of offer.
Q:My frame has defects,I am not happy.
A:we try our best to build the frames and use the good material to protect the products,but because of we make it by hands ,and long distance shipment,so maybe sometimes you can see some samll scratches,I hope you can understand us,and we will try to improve our service to send you better and better products.
Q:I send many messages to you ,why do not you replay?
A:Sometimes because of time difference,Here in china is night ,but it is day in your country;sometimes I am not with my phone or computer ,so I may not reply you immediately.please wait for me ,I will reply you as soon as I can.
